This image can be seen as fair use for the following reasons:

• It is used to illustrate the cover of this videogame, thus making it easier to identify what game the article is about
• It can be used to illustrate the differences between the Wii (this one) and the DS version of the cover
• No free equivalent illustrates the proprietary game until at least 2103
