1. it is a low quality screenshot of a TV series title sequence;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the TV series in any way;
3. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the series on another medium;
4. the title sequence image helps to demonstrate its description in the NASCAR Racers article;
5. the title sequence does not contain any material from the actual show.
