Deutsch: Altes, denkmalgeschütztes Haus im Ortsteil Saak in der Gemeinde Nötsch im Gailtal / Kärnten / Österreich. Das um ca. 1630 vermutlich von italienischen Baumeistern erbaute Gebäude diente ursprünglich als Verwalterhaus der Herrschaft Wasserleonburg. Es war bis ca. 1960 bewohnt. Die Schweizer Familie Lippay erwarb das Haus und restaurierte es von 1994 bis 1996. Die alten Mauern wurden in ihrer ursprünglichen Form belassen. Die Böden im Untergeschoss sind aus alten Ziegeln. Der Lärchenholzboden im Obergeschoß stammt aus einer Kirche in Oberkärnten. Die Türen und Fenster wurden maßgerecht und originalgetreu erneuert.
English: Old house (listed building) at the locality of Saak in the community Noetsch / Carinthia / Austria / EU. This probably built around 1630 by Italian architects house originally served as manager of Castle House Wasserleonburg. It was inhabited until about 1960 and lapsed. The Swiss Family Lippay bought the house and restored it from 1994 to 1996. The old walls were left in their original form. The floors downstairs are made of old bricks. The larch wood floor upstairs is from a church in Upper Carinthia. The doors and windows were restored to size and original.
