日本語: 現在の岡山市北区内山下付近にあった岡山市公会堂（現：岡山県庁）から公会堂筋（県庁通り）を西望。 焼け残った建物は画面左から天満屋、中国銀行、日赤病院。画面右手前は岡山市立岡山女子商業学校（現：岡山県立図書館）の跡。
