Description

(l-r) Paul Stewart, Steve King and Tim Staffell of the Tim Staffell & Paul Stewart Band playing on the South Stage at the 32nd Ealing Blues Festival in Walpole Park on 21 July. Staffell was one of two musicians playing at the 2019 festival who were contemporaries at Ealing Art School of Queen frontman Freddie Mercury. The other was John ‘Johnny G’ Gotting who performed on Saturday 20 July.

The two-day Ealing Blues Festival was founded in 1987 by local musician Robert Salmons and has grown to become one of the biggest events of its kind in the UK.
