English: Portrays a stretch of the Pequabuck River in Forestville, Connecticut. Industrial buildings line one of the river banks. This image apparently portrays the river as it would have appeared sometime between late autumn and early spring.
Although an exact publication date cannot be ascertained, the company that produced this line of postcards (operated by August Schmeltzer) was active between 1907 and 1920.
