Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	According to Christie Diaz of WXIA-TV, Wallace retired his Georgia Joker persona in 2018. No alternate of him in this appearance is freely available. If a future free image of him were to become available, his day-to-day likeness is significantly different without the makeup seen in this image.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	Main infobox. The image is used for identification in the context of critical commentary of the person described in this article. It makes a significant contribution to the user's understanding of the article, which could not practically be conveyed by words alone.
