El conjunto escultórico "La Tertulia", obra del escultor vasco César Lombera, situado desde 2006 ante el antiguo Café Moderno de la ciudad Pontevedra (Galicia, España), en la Plaza de San José. El conjunto está formado por las siguientes esculturas: en pie y en primer plano, el violinista Manuel Quiroga Losada; y detrás de él, de izquierda a derecha, Alexandre Bóveda, Alfonso Rodríguez Castelao, Valentín Paz Andrade y Ramón Cabanillas Enríquez; detrás de estos dos últimos, apoyado en sus sillas, vemos a Carlos Casares Mouriño.
En el momento de hacer esta foto pasaba un grupo de marinos de la Escuela Naval Militar de Marín detrás del conjunto escultórico. Venían del concierto de Navidad de la Escuela, que tuvo lugar esa tarde en el auditorio de Afundación, situado allí cerca.
Pontevedra: pundits and sailors
The sculpture "La Tertulia" (The Bull Session), a work by the Basque sculptor César Lombera, located since 2006 in the old Modern Coffee of the city of Pontevedra (Galicia, Spain), in San José Squaee. The set consists of the following sculptures: in the foreground, the violinist Manuel Quiroga Losada; and behind him, from left to right, Alexandre Bóveda, Alfonso Rodríguez Castelao, Valentín Paz Andrade and Ramón Cabanillas Enríquez; behind these last two, leaning on their chairs, is Carlos Casares Mouriño.
At the time of this photo a group of sailors from the Naval Military School of Marín passed behind the sculpture. They came from the Christmas concert of the School, which took place this afternoon in the auditorium of Afundación located nearby.
