Although the image is subject to copyright, its use in Lazarus is fair because:

1. It is a low resolution copy of a Single album cover;
2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any way;
3. The image is not used for profit - only for demonstration and/or illustrative purposes;
4. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD;
5. The image on the cover is significant because it was made by international artist, Porcupine Tree.
