Description

In 1863 Albert Kellogg described a new species of California oak: Quercus morehus (Abram's oak). This is his original drawing as later reproduced in Greene's 1889-1890 West American Oaks (Vols. 1 & 2). This image was scanned by me from a copy of Greene's book that I own. Quercus × morehus
