Summary
| Description |
English: Autocar coach (reg. H18 BUS), a Leyland Tiger with Plaxton 321 bodywork, pictured at the 2008 Canvey Island bus rally. Tunbridge Wells based Autocar purchased the coach from Bromyard Omnibus, who had operated it in this red & cream livery. Instead of repainting it into their white & purple livery however, Autocar decided to keep the livery and just add this Redcar fleetname - both Autocar and Redcar were rivals operators in the 1920s & 1930s, both eventually being absorbed into Maidstone & District at different times. |
