A Summer Saturday Llanfairfechan - Stoke-on-Trent express passes beside the large Rhyl No. 2 Box as it approaches the Up platform on the Up Slow line (there were no platforms for the Fast lines in the centre), headed by BR Standard 4MT 4-6-0 No. 75010. (Note the bell on the signalbox to warn staff and the extra look-out windows). |
