| Description |
English: Runcorn Free Public Library Entrance Hall in 1901. The entrance was in Egerton Street. From 1882 the library was housed in Waterloo House, converted from a private residence by architect James Wilding, surveyor and water engineer to the Runcorn Urban District Council.
