SRI LANKA (Nov. 23, 2016) Petty Officer 3rd Class Andre’ Brown, assigned to the amphibious transport dock ship USS Somerset (LPD 25), directs a landing craft air cushion onto the beach during a theater security cooperation exchange with the Sri Lankan military.
