Description
English: Schematic structure of a river plume, top view. Used to show different regions within a (simplified) river plume and its region of influence. This schematic is made to clarify the current day knowledge on the structure of a river plume, as described in a couple of scientific papers written by the likes of Valle-Levinson, Yankovsky, Chapman, Horner-Devine, Lentz.Adapted from Horner-Devine(2015)[1]
