Fair use rationale for use in Simo Puupponen[edit]
Image of Finnish writer Aapeli in the 1950s. Photograph was taken for promotional purposes and is needed to identify the writer educationally. Since the writer died 40 years ago and there is no image available for commentary to replace it the imaga qualifies as fair use in the article entry.
