Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	It shows the main cast of the manga series, and it will be used to demonstrate them in the character page.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	There is no free illustration that demonstrate the main cast better (clearer and complete) than this picture. If someone can find another illustration, this image will be promptly deleted and be replaced.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	This is the only file to illustrate the main cast. And probably will not be used in other articles beside the fan book article (low chance that there will be a fan book article). The file is the original file from the publisher main page and I think the resolution is acceptable.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The illustration was uploaded in the publisher main page in high quality. Also, the image used in wikipedia article is for non-profit purpose.
