Summary

Description
English: Sedimentary layers within the horse spring formation Lovell Wash member 20 miles east of Las Vegas north of the highway about 1 mile. A series of changing lakes that came and went over a long period left various layers that had algae on the bottom often (stromatolites) that then fossilized.
