Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	to serve as the primary means of visual identification at the top of the article dedicated to the entity in question.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	Any derivative work based upon the logo would be a copyright violation, so creation of a free image is not possible.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	It will be used at the top of the article regarding Team Scotland and nowhere else.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The use of a low resolution image of an organization's logo in the article about that organization will not impact the commercial viability of the logo.
Other information	I accept this is from Facebook but it is clearly the updated logo, and their personal website is currently down. It's used in several other places online and on their merch there is a post on their Facebook page from the date they changed their logo [1] and is also visible in one of the images on the scrolling page header for the Roller Derby World Cup 2018 [2]
