1. it is a low resolution copy of a DVD cover;
2. the image will be used for educational purposes, to illustrate The Shaft and other relevant articles in an encyclopedia;
3. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the film in any way;
4. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the cover artwork on another film;
5. the image is significant because it depicts a particular film.
