Description
English: The northern Malvern Hills and the jubilee memorials. From the ridge path on Pinnacle Hill looking north to Jubilee Hill, then Perseverance Hill, then the Worcestershire Beacon (highest point on the ridge). Jubilee Hill had no name until 2002, when Prince Andrew climbed it to unveil the small plaque at the summit, which celebrates the Queen's 50th jubilee. There is also a toposcope on the Worcestershire Beacon celebrating Queen Victoria's 60th jubilee in 1897 (446910. Great Malvern in the distance on the right. The Shire Ditch in the foreground slanting across from the right. Many consider the nine-mile Malvern Hills ridge to be one of the finest walks in England.
