Although the image is subject to copyright, its use in Tonefloating : The Use of Ashes vs Steven Wilson is fair because:

1. It is a low resolution copy of an audio recording cover;
2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any way;
3. The image is not used for profit - only for demonstration and/or illustrative purposes;
