The whole image is used. It is a scan from a newspaper article. The image is small and of low quality overall, but as the only available image of the subject it makes a useful illustration of a person the reader would otherwise have no idea about concerning appearance. The image is more than ten years old and very unlikely to encumber any profits the newspaper in Charleston could have potentially made. |
