Omschrijving: Cartouche met titel, geflankeerd door twee gewapende mannen in een ornamentrand van speren, schilden, kanonnen en ander wapentuig. Bovenaan het wapen van de Engelse koningin Elizabeth I, met het devies: Dieu et mon droit. Onderaan het wapen van Charles Howard (opperbevelhebber van de Engelse vloot tegen de Spaanse Armada), met het devies: Deseir n'a repos. De prent maakt deel uit van een boek over de Spaanse Armada en de tapijten die daarover in opdracht van Howard werden gemaakt.
