Fair use for New Trier High School[edit]

This image, Trevian.gif, is being linked here. Although the image is subject to copyright, I (Esrever) feel it is covered by U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights.
2. It is properly displayed to represent New Trier Township High School.
3. It is converted from a file available from the school.
4. Being previously published, it does not indicate the school's endorsement of Wikipedia.
5. The appropriate page, i.e., this page, includes a copyright tag (below), a source (above), and a fair use rationale (center; this passage).
