English: WASHINGTON, D.C. (Aug. 7, 2004)--Starboard bow view of U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Cochito (WPB 87329), homeported in Little Creek, VA, in Washington, DC on the Potomac River, on August 7, 2004. Coast Guard and Coast Guard Auxiliary small boats from Washington, DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland, teamed with Cochito and its small boat, performing Marine Safety and Security patrols to help secure the area, during the heighten state of alert (Code Orange) in that city.
