English: Emblem of Ubon Ratchathani University is the styled yellow stupa, contains a pink lotus flower, on 3-level stage which the lowest one contains the university's name.

Source Derivative of the emblem which be announced on the Prime Minister's Office announcement, concerning the definition of the official emblem, according to the Official Emblem Act B.E. 2482 (1939), No. 221, dated June 2, 2005, based on the university's website, but completely different vectorizing style
Author The university's archive website mentioned that the first draft is drawn by Santi Butsathip (สันติ บุสทิพย์), junior student from Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University and revised by himself, under recommendations from Thiti Hengratsami (ธิติ เฮงรัศมี), Associate Professor, Faculty of Architecture.
