English: Union Church, located at 870 East Main Road at Union Street in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, was built in 1865 for the Christian Union Church at the cost of $7,000. The congregation dates from 1810 and lasted until 1937, after which the 14 remaining members donated the building to the Portsmouth Historical Society, which now uses it as its headquarters and runs it as a museum. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
