Description
English: In an initiative to enhance the legal skills of Army Officers, the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Army Training Command (ARTRAC), Shimla at the Institute of Military Law, Delhi Cantonment. NLSIU will offer training to 150 officers of the Indian Army for 3 years on Cyber Laws and Legal Studies in collaboration with the Army Management Services Board (AMSB). The MoU was signed by Maj Gen V. M. Chandran, MGGS (Doctrine), HQ ARTRAC and NLSIU Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Sudhir Krishnaswamy in the presence of Lt Gen SS Mahal, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, ARTRAC.

Exemptions: The license does not cover the following kinds of data: a. personal information; b. data that is non-shareable and/or sensitive; c. names, crests, logos and other official symbols of the data provider(s); d. data subject to other intellectual property rights, including patents, trade-marks and official marks; e. military insignia; f. identity documents; and g. any data that should not have been publicly disclosed for the grounds provided under section 8 of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
