Waite, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, was built in 1911 but the school was not open for classes until fall of 1914. Waite High School was designed by Toledo architect David L. Stine. The school continues to serve the East Side of Toledo. Photo was taken during construction of the school around 1911.
