Fair use rationale[edit]
Released by the developer and architect to promote product. This image is a promotional image from the Fordham Company (future building's developer) and DeStefano & Partners (building's architect). Since this is a proposed building, there are no images released depicting the building accurately save for those released by the developer. It is not a replaceable image. Until more information and images are released, there are currently no free images available. Therefore, this image is viable for use in the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel and Residence Tower article to illustrate the building in question.
