Heinrich was Lagerführer en uit hoofde van deze functie was hij belast met de algemene leiding over het gehele kamp Amersfoort, of PDA (Polizeiliches Durchgangslager Amersfoort). Heinrich was Lagerfuhrer tot maart 1943. Zijn bevordering door Harster resulteerde in zijn vertrek. Hij werd opgevolgd door plaatsvervangend Schutzhaftlagerführer Karl Peter Berg. De Lagerfuhrer stond boven de Schutzhaftlagerfuhrer. |
