Deutsch: Der Eingangsbereich und historische Teil der Ottakringer Brauerei an der Adresse Ottakringer Platz 1 im 16. Wiener Gemeindebezirk Ottakring.
Im Bildzentrum der 1907/08 errichtete rd. 40 m hohe Darre- bzw. Malzturm mit dem markanten Windflügel. Er war bis in die 1980er Jahre in Betrieb und wurde mit dem daneben errichtetem Sudhaus im Jahr 2002 unter Denkmalschutz gestellt. Die Ursprünge der Ottakringer Brauerei gehen bis 1837 zurück, als der Müllermeister Heinrich Plank ein Brauhaus baute und 1838 eröffnete. Im Jahr 2016 erreichte der Ausstoß rund 530.000 Hektoliter Bier und an sämtlichen produzierten Getränken fast 1 Million Hektoliter: [1], [2]. English: Ottakringer Brewery in Vienna.
