Para cerrar esta seguidilla de 3 fotos del Súper tren con 2 S269 en las cercanías de Chimbarongo, les dejo ésta, en el momento preciso en que el maquinista encargado del tren desciende de una de las máquinas para ir al otro extremo del convoy, subirse a la otra japo puntera y volver a Quinta. El personal a cargo del tren era 1 maquinista y 2 ayudantes (uno en cada "japoñola", resguardando que se activaran los sistemas de ventilación cuando la locomotora no estaba al mando y de estar atento a cualquier anomalía de la vía y de la propia máquina en la que estaba). En ese mismo instante, el maquinista cordialmente me invitó a subir junto a él a la otra S269 y a participar en las pruebas... :) Por cierto, no crean que todo el rato fue grabar y grabar. Pues, quedé a cargo de anotar todas las anomalías que habían en la vía (fundamentalmente, tiraduras). Composición especial S269.04 + 10 coches S10.000 + S269.01 realizando pruebas de la variante Chimbarongo - Teno, proveniente desde la nueva estación y SS/EE de Quinta. Saludos.
