• ISO 50, shutter speed 1/8s, aperture 13, bias(=expos.comp.) -1.0, WB (white balance) 5500K, 16-bit RAW (.ARW).
• FOCUS STACK / imaging: tripod; self-timer: 2 sec.; 13 images; rotated focus ring from nearest to farthest point by a 0.5 mm increment after every exposure (0,5 mm experimentally verified as best compromise of image overlap for this lens at aperture=11 or 13).
• Lightroom: (a) applied user preset 004 (Presence+Sharp+NoiseRed) to all RAW images, (b) adapted colour temperature from 5600K to 6000K, changed tint from 13 to 25, (c) raised exposure value by +0.91, (d) exported as TIFF/16bit.
• FOCUS STACK / Zerene Stacker 1.04: stacked 13 TIFF/16bit images, exported as TIFF/16bit.
• Photoshop / TIFF/16bit: (a) removed remaining dust and sensor specks, (b) finetuned colour balance highlights: cyan+3 yellow-3 to compensate for slight changes introduced by Zerene Stacker, (c) exported as JPG/max. quality file with embedded colour profile.
