How can the image be public-domain? The Dead Sea scrolls were only discovered in 1947 or later, so the image must still be covered by the originator's copyright unless the image has explicitly been placed in the public domain, or if it originated in a jurisdiction where the term of copyright is unusually short.EEye 00:22, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I strongly recommend to review the license of this file due to the incompatibility with the observation Observation from the English Wikipedia: This image is in the public domain because its copyright has expired in the United States and those countries with a copyright term of no more than the life of the author plus 100 years.
