  • In the US, perhaps. But the UK's threshold of originality is ridiculously low, and thus (in theory) Commons shouldn't accept it. — Chris Woodrich (talk) 09:59, 21 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
    • This logo falls under Crown Copyright. As such, it will fall into the public domain on 1 January 2018 as Crown Copyright expires after 50 years. British Railways was rebranded British Rail on 1 January 1968. Mjroots (talk) 18:21, 21 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
