Mr Clive Geddes is directly involved with Mr Iain Grant Fyfe, lawyer/barrister of Fyfe Karamaena Law Limited, and before this Mr Fyfe was director of Checketts McKay Law in Wanaka, Cromwell and Alexandra. Mr Fyfe was the lawyer for Mr Michael Swann whose case is retrievable on the internet through a search. Mr Geddess works with Mr Fyfe in all types of trust and trust estate operation schemes that are highly questionable in how he obtained them. Mr Geddess has contacts within the police at senior level and among judiciary, especially within the Queenstown Lake District Council and Canterbury region. Mr Geddess started the Upper Clutha Tracks Trust with Mr Fyfe. Both are the directors and received millions of dollars of funding through the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment at the time Mr David Parker became the Attorney General who oversees this branch of government. Mr Geddess and Mr Fyfe appear to be involved in a New Zealand cartel-like organization involving trust estate operation schemes to obtain property and wealth of others through trust estate operations of a highly questionable nature. Mr Geddess is also a developer and subdivides properties in the Queenstown Lake District Council region. Mr Geddes has invested in many properties and sells these subdivided properties for large profits. He is involved with many lawyers/barristers in the Central Otago region. This region is experiencing high land value increases annually because land is being sought there by many people in New Zealand and abroad for retirement purposes or tourist business operations.
