Hello! The answer to your question depends on the image use policy at es.wiki. This file is housed locally at the English language Wikipedia, and its licensing would not satisfy the requirements to be kept at Wikimedia Commons, because it is not freely licensed. I suggest that you inquire at the page at es.wiki where file use policy is discussed. If your wiki does not allow files with the licensing information shown on the file page here, then you will not be able to use it at all. (But perhaps you can add a link to the English language article, indicating that the image is visible here.)
