I am the uploader. I asked in an email, Eurovision Team, and they replied me:

Hi there

As long as the logo is used for non-commercial purposes and SVT/EBU are credited this should be fine.

Warmest regards,

The Eurovision Song Contest team

Hello, I'm afraid the link you've provided doesn't work – it returns as 403 (forbidden). In any case, this response from the EBU doesn't change anything. The definition of free content as used by all Wikimedia projects requires that content is freely available to be used for any purpose, including commercial purposes. The Wikipedia:Non-free content guideline states, Wikipedia's goal is to be a free content encyclopedia, with free content defined as content that does not bear copyright restrictions on the right to redistribute, study, modify and improve, or otherwise use works for any purpose in any medium, even commercially. Any content not satisfying these criteria is said to be non-free. Therefore this logo must be treated as non-free content and is subject to all non-free content policies, including the non-free content criteria. CT Cooper · talk 15:58, 14 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
