Units[edit]

What is the unit of the temperature axis? Degree of [...]? Celsius, Fahrenheit, Rankine? anon 83.83.239.192, 12:17, 22 February 2011‎

It must be Celcius but it should be so labelled. Also the axis should be labelled "temperature". Then there's the vertical axis, in an even worse state: it's just marked "Joule" (why the capital letter) but there are no numbers, but how could it be energy anyway (with no time frame)? This is a power output and should be so marked also we need actual values i.e. there must be actual numbers and units. JIMp talk·cont 06:24, 8 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
The energy output is not numbered because this is just a generalized figure. The true sustained output will vary from species to species, even from one individual to the next. Petter Bøckman (talk) 09:21, 28 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
