I have already uploaded another version of this image onto commons. The later version was cropped to an even 244 x 288 pixels but for some reason, this increased the filesize from 41kb to 56kb or so. I want this page to subsist for now, because writing up the licensing was quite a bit of work, trying to locate the right template tag and documentaion and what not. (The document I cited is a commons document, the template tag which which it suggested use was not in en.wiki, but an equivalent was eventually found. Right now, documentation is poor regarding uploading of postage stamps in en.wikipedia.org space. I guess I'll keep a copy of this licensing notice, and I may write up a stub on this, and by that time, it may be okay to delete this page as redundant.--Kiyoweap (talk) 17:34, 18 March 2012 (UTC)
