This logo was created in 1946. Per the laws of the United States, this logo is in the public domain. It should be noted that it retains its trademarked status/protections. Buffs (talk) 21:46, 9 May 2019 (UTC)
- To be more clear, copyright was originally registered in 1946 and transferred in 1948. There is no evidence that the copyright was renewed as required by law and required copyright markings (at the time) were not maintained (example). As such, it is in the public domain, but retains trademark protections. Buffs (talk) 14:37, 13 May 2019 (UTC)
