Unfortunately the artwork is still copyrighted by the artist, I don't believe the Thomas Jefferson Center has the ability to make the image GFDL, unless they've purchased the rights from the artist. --Dual Freq (talk) 23:42, 14 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
