Hi User:Hamza Ali Shah, hope you'll be fine. Thank you for your contributions. I have some concerns here. When I uploaded picture, I had similar intention here which I had while File:HBLPSLV 2020.jpeg, File:HBLPSL6 2021.jpeg, and File:2022 Pakistan Super League Logo.png. That intention was to upload a properly/officially cited image, whether if it has a transparent background, or a trophy in it.

With due respect, for this file here, I don't see a proper reference which gives us a transparent background image. (Similar problem is with File:Logo for 2023 Pakistan Super League.png.) That is the only reason I attempted to upload one from an official source. I know that trophy is not a part of the logo, and that's why I have put Template:Non-free television screenshot, and a caption here.

Hope for your kind response here. Thank you again! M. Billoo 01:51, 26 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. Thanks for your message and I hope you’re doing well yourself. I managed to find sources such as this and this one which have the image of the logo. If anything else, I think we can use these as the source for the file. It also keeps the accuracy of having the actual logo without any additions (e.g the trophy). Hope this helps! @Hamza Ali Shah: No objections with the references. My suggestion was only to use a properly cited image, and we are unable to find a reliable transparent image elsewhere. See, when we try editing it ourself, the subtle text "Pakistan Super League" in the image gets disturbed. It is a whole lot of effort adjusting an image after removing background, than just using an original one. Hope it helps, thank you. M. Billoo 02:39, 28 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for your reply. I understand what you're saying, what I was saying was that if we have to replace the current image with something else, we can use the ones found in the sources above. They are practically the same image with the only difference being the transparent background. If we have to replace the transparent one I believe we can use these rather than the screenshot provided earlier because this is also properly cited and keeps the accuracy of the original logo.
