I own this painting, which was done by my father. I photographed it and uploaded it with the proper permission to reproduce. It has been up for months with no problems until it was just challenged. I was told that my permission was not sufficient and that the artist, deceased now over 25 years, needs to send permission. Instead, I sent another permission note using my roberttempleton.com email. Let's inject some common sense thinking into this unwieldy and cumbersome process, that frankly discourages people form contributing.
