usage restrictions?[edit]

I presume that despite it's "being in the public domain" there are restrictions on its use; certainly proscription & punishments for using it in the impersonation of a government agent or agency. It would be interesting, & even useful to include a link to a description & perhaps to a copy of relevant code or legislation restricting its use. If none, then link to that for impersonation of an agent or agency which might at least be fraud.

The image itself is in the public domain. If you want to look into the actual law, making that so, read up on [1]. The image could potentially have trademark restrictions (see {{trademark}}). And although I cannot link you the exact law, I am sure there is some law that prohibits persons or organizations from pretending to be an organization by using their logo. This concept is similar to laws of impersonating an officer of the law/judge/doctor/etc. -- ТимофейЛееСуда. 00:17, 28 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
