This looks like troll resource. I was not able to find this image in any official website. It does not make much sense to me that the cover would have American flag on it, considering the fact that it's an Italian album. Another cover can be found on the web easily, which looks to suit the period in which it was supposedly release much better. Also, according to the description it's the cover of album titled "Nevermind" - it does not make sense; why would the album cover not mention the album's title, but have one of the songs on the front instead?. Another concern is that the description links to Nirvana's album of the same title.
