Brews, you should put the equation here, and note that the condition illustrated is m = 2, which is the most extreme non-ideal photo-cell. It would probably be better to use 1.5 or even 1.0 to be more realistic or ideal. The current ratios needed will be much higher in that case, to get to reasonable voltages.
