Is this the only good road in Iceland? Towel401 (talk) 22:31, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It is part of the best road that circumnavigates the island. But, no, it is part of a large and well kept system of paved roads, most of which are in the south east. de Bivort 23:43, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Ok kool. Looks better than the Irish roads anyway. Is the whole ring-road in good condition or does it have some notoriously bad parts to it? Towel401 (talk)
It is all well maintained - i.e. there are no potholes anywhere, but parts of it are gravel, such as Image:Gravel ringroad, Hamarsfjörður,.jpg in the eastfjords. de Bivort 02:41, 22 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
